How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked through my online booking system, Vagaro. I do not schedule appointments through text or email.

How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book three to four weeks in advance. I recommend pre-booking before you leave the salon!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service. This applies in all situations.
Why do you charge for cancellations?
When someone cancels at the last minute, it takes away a spot that could have gone to someone else who needed it. Every appointment on my schedule is part of my income and how I support myself. This policy is not about being strict. It is about protecting the time and stability I need to keep doing this work in a sustainable way.
What if I am sick or there is an emergency?
I completely understand that things come up, and I hope everything is okay. Because cancellations within 48 hours are charged automatically, the fee still applies. This policy helps protect my time, my schedule, and the income I rely on. I appreciate your understanding.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule directly through the link in your confirmation email or through your client account on Vagaro. Just make sure any changes are made more than 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
What if I am running late?
If you are more than 20 minutes late, I will not have enough time to complete your service. It will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Please let me know as soon as you can if you are running behind so I can do my best to adjust.
Can you squeeze me in?
I do not offer squeeze-ins or last-minute openings outside of my online booking system. My schedule is carefully structured to give each client the time and focus they deserve. If you do not see availability, I recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. If something opens up, you will be notified automatically.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Zelle, Apple Cash, cash, and credit/debit cards (with a 3% processing fee). A card is required to book and will be charged automatically if a cancellation fee applies.
What services do you offer?
I specialize in haircutting, with a focus on low-maintenance, personalized cuts that grow out softly and work with your lifestyle. I also offer keratin smoothing treatments to reduce frizz, soften texture, and add shine. For color, I offer root tints and toners to refresh or enhance tone. I do not offer bleach, highlights, balayage, or corrective color.
If you are looking for a service I do not offer, I am always happy to refer you to stylists and colorists I trust.
